Graphic Design Services can, for some, be a little daunting. Below are some frequently asked questions that our clients often ask. If you can’t see a question you would like answered please feel free to call on 07465 697 897.
Everything from logos, business stationery, exhibition material, flyers, brochures and managed websites.
Ideally we would set up a meeting where we can find out more about your business, what your pains are and where you would like to be in the future. This then gives a solid understanding of requirements which we call ‘the brief’.
Initial concepts are then supplied giving the client time to consider their options, and to talk about suggested colour palettes and fonts before supplying us with feedback.
We listen carefully to ALL client feedback, offering solutions and advice to any issues or concerns that may arise. If alterations are required, these are made and the amended visual is sent on once again to the client. This process continues until we receive client approval.
Once we have received the final payment, we will then supply all digital files via email or dropbox. High resolution pdfs can also be supplied to enable you to work with a Printer of your choice.
Of course! Costs can be supplied for various quantities. We have fantastic relationships with local and online printers. We will take care of all your printing needs by advising on paper stock, quantities and preparing print ready artwork.
Arrangements will then be made to deliver your print run direct to your door!
All copyright is owned by the client after payment has been made. It’s all yours!
No problem! We always aim to accommodate rush jobs.
Quotes for your project will all be determined by one crucial point: The scope of work, or how much you actually need a designer to do. Whether you want a 24 page brochure or an A5 flyer, a logo design or a logo development. Costs can be set out from the initial meeting prior to the project commencing.
Most projects require an upfront fee prior to the design commencing. The balance is paid at the end of the process after the client has signed the designs off.
